Process

Using the buttons on the home page please select which service you are interested in. Read carefully through the details and price list. It is very important that each client also reads the shop policies before placing an order. If everything looks good, the next step is to send your $20 deposit (goes toward your total) and submit your inquiry form.

Allow 24 hours for your inquiry form to be responded to. If your deposit has been confirmed the designer will go over your ideas and start the designing process. Once the designing has been completed the client will be able to make any necessary changes. Printing will not begin until the client approves the design and final payment has been made.

Once the design is approved by the client the printing process will begin. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Policies

✦ Orders are to be placed on kalikreativeco.com only by completing an inquiry form.

✦ A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to begin an order. It will go towards your total. I will not show drafts without a deposit.

✦ Inquiry forms are responded to in 24 hours.

✦ It is required that the client has at least a basic idea of what they are looking for. Inspiration photos or elements are highly appreciated.

✦ I DO NOT accept AI generated “designs” as inspiration. Please do not upload these types of images when uploading inspiration photos in an inquiry form.

✦ Once drafting has been finished, it will be sent to the client for any necessary editing and approval. At this time any changes can be made. The client will also make sure the information on the design is correct. I will not take responsibility for wrong names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, etc.

✦ Due to the combination of handcrafted and machine-made processes, minor variations and imperfections are normal and should be expected.

✦ Once your package has been dropped off and scanned by the mail carrier, it is out of my hands. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

✦ Flat rate $6 shipping on all orders.

✦ Once the client has approved the design, remaining balance must be paid in 3 days. If the final payment fails to be made in the 3 day window, your deposit will be forfeited and there will be no order.

✦ When the printing process has began no changes can be made to the design.

✦ Please make sure the shipping address input into the inquiry form is correct. I will not take responsibility for missing apartment numbers, wrong zip codes, etc.

✦ Once the printing process has completed the order will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided. All orders are shipped through UPS.

✦ Please look over the turnaround times listed under each service. I do not offer rush orders. Please place your orders in a timely manner. I will not rush my work.
